The professional knowledge training session for company sales elites has ended successfully

In order to enhance the professional knowledge level of the sales team, so that everyone can better understand product characteristics, market demand, and industry trends, provide customers with better services, and assist in business development, Shoujian Technology Co., Ltd. has organized this sales team professional knowledge training session, with more than 140 people from Sales Department 1, Sales Department 2, Shanghai Agricultural Intelligent Chain, and Xinjiang Zhongmian participating.

The training period is from January 11th to 23rd, with a duration of 13 days. The course content covers: enterprise cognition, product cognition, plant protection knowledge, sales skills, new media operation, product registration, product quality, and relevant knowledge of laws and regulations.

In order to help everyone better understand our corporate culture, this training also includes eight sections of brocade and expansion activities to enhance team cohesion, making the training methods diverse and colorful.

This training adopts the form of points system to record team and individual achievements, points involving team building, discipline, classroom interaction, learning summary, examinations, team games five aspects, each group showed excellent team spirit and actively participated in the interaction.
