At the meeting, Li Ke reported on the operation of the first postdoctoral innovation practice base and briefly described the scientific research work of the postdoctoral fellows in the station. During this period, the research team conducted an evaluation of the company's postdoctoral research platform infrastructure, postdoctoral recruitment and training, scientific research achievement acquisition and transformation, service guarantee, etc., reviewed relevant supporting materials, checked the operation status of the laboratory, inquired about the company's needs in related work, and focused on identifying the main difficulties encountered in the construction and management of the postdoctoral innovation practice base, as well as providing opinions and suggestions for postdoctoral work.

The Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base of Shoujian Technology Co., Ltd. and North Central University are currently jointly training one postdoctoral fellow to engage in in-depth cooperation on the super gravity project, which is currently applied in the company's double glyphosate project.
