At the exhibition, our company focused on showcasing the achievements and processes of building an inherently safe smart enterprise. One is to conduct reaction risk assessment from the four dimensions of "hazardous substance substitution, minimum hazardous substance, minimum reaction heat hazard, and simple equipment" to ensure the intrinsic safety of the process; Secondly, we will continue to carry out research and improvement of chemical safety production processes. Starting from equipment selection, we will select continuous flow chemical equipment such as microchannels, tubular structures, and fixed beds to solve the problems of outdated chemical processes and equipment continuity, reduce safety risks, and improve the level of intrinsic safety. The on-site display showcased our company's achievements in automatic control applications, microchannel equipment applications, solid feeding equipment applications, automatic filling equipment applications, and the renovation of old equipment using OCS systems. We also shared the company's "01234" safety culture model.
