Remembering revolutionary martyrs and inheriting the spirit of Bohai Sea

The second stop is for us to walk together into the Bohai Revolutionary Old Area Memorial Park and revisit the tremendous contributions made by the people of the Bohai Old Area to the cause of our party.

Upon entering the memorial hall, one can see the resounding spirit of the "Old Bohai Sea": "indomitable, hardworking, caring for the overall situation, and selfless dedication". These simple sixteen characters represent the great faith of the people of the Bohai Old Area in "serving the Party, the country, and the people".

In the exhibition hall, all staff listened attentively to the narrator's introduction to the Bohai Revolutionary Old Area and visited three exhibition halls: Spark of Fire, Beacon Fire, and Iron Flow. We listened carefully to the heroic stories of Jing Xiaocun, the "hero of the Bohai Sea", Wu Hongying, the "heroine like Liu Hulan", Wang Menglin, the "hero of the iron fight", Liu Zhuxi, and other heroes born in the Bohai Sea, and deeply experienced the old Bohai spirit of "perseverance, hard work, consideration of the overall situation, and selfless dedication".

Under the statue of heroes in Pingdang Square, retired military representatives presented flower baskets to the heroes together, and all the personnel reviewed their oath of joining the Party together.

Stepping onto the simulated Great Wall, feel the momentum of "the Red Army is not afraid of expeditions, but only leisurely". Walking through the Long Corridor of Martyrs' Names, it feels like being baptized by the heroic spirit of countless predecessors.
