The Group successfully held the "wutong Classroom" and "Incremental Performance - Detonating Team Vitality" training activities in Binbei Industrial Park

According to the "wutong Society" Rotation System of Binzhou Industrial Park, the First Agricultural Group, as the first rotation enterprise, successfully held the training activity of "Incremental Performance - Detonating Team Vitality" in the west conference room of the office building on the 12th Yellow River Road on June 16, 2023, which was attended by more than 15 enterprises of wutong Society and more than 70 middle and senior managers of the company.

This event invited 18 years of experience in human resources, over 20 years of experience in enterprise consulting/training, and a special lecturer from the Top 100 Lecturer Group of Chinese Enterprise Education. Teacher Jiang Jie shared the theme with us. Teacher Jiang explained the definition, allocation principles, design methods, and common performance evaluation methods of incremental performance, and shared many practical and practical incremental methods and tools.

We have entered the era of stock economy, where various industries play a game of stock. Only by continuously cultivating our internal skills and tapping for incremental gains from the stock can we stand out and gain incremental performance and capabilities. According to this training, we need to deeply consider and explore incremental performance from the three dimensions of "concept method tool" based on our current situation and existing problems, in order to develop and break through in the incremental process.
