On the morning of January 8, 2020, the summary meeting of the benchmarking workshop building project of Qiaochang Modern Agriculture Co., Ltd. was held in the conference room of the factory complex. Li Jianjun, CEO, Zhao Wei, COO, Yu Xindi, CTO and other executives in Binhai, Fu Peng, vice president of xinyitaihe, Wang Chunlei, lean lecturer, Guo Junhong, director of the consulting center and other xinyitaihe consultants, as well as the heads of production departments attended the meeting.

First of all, xinyitai and consultant Zhou Yang respectively reviewed the benchmarking workshop building project from the perspective of project background, project objectives, project history, project results, etc.

Then, Li Yantong, deputy director of the workshop, and Chu hengcan, technical director of the workshop, respectively made speeches, mainly from the perspective of standardized construction of operation instructions, indicating that V4 version of standard operation instructions, process response standard curve, key elements, equipment point inspection table, fault analysis report, etc. has been completed, to ensure the production conditions of good products. Then Chu Guozhong, workshop director, made a summary report on the project. He said that the establishment of the standardization system made the production under control from the perspective of quality, safety and cost. Through sorting out the workshop work, the working methods of the employees were changed. In the next step, he will continue to promote the construction of standardization and consolidate the work of each post in combination with the "631" cost reduction and efficiency improvement project of the company.

After that, all participants went to the enoxazone workshop for a visit, focusing on observing and learning the changes of workshop transformation in this project, and expressed their hope to promote in each workshop.

After the visit, Wang Chunlei, a lean lecturer of xinyitaihe, put forward new requirements for the transformation of the workshop and expressed his expectation for the subsequent horizontal exhibition of the standardized workshop. Zhao Wei, chief operating officer, made a summary investment, and president Zhao approved the project construction of the workshop. He hoped that the enoxazone workshop would take this opportunity to further deepen and promote the workshop standardization work, and proposed that each workshop should also gradually carry out the standardization workshop construction work.
