Qiaochang Holding its own Olympic Dedicated to Dragon-boat Festival

    Our own Olympic started with mini-malathion at White Goose Lake park on 16th June. Over 140 staff as competitors gathered at starting line at 8 a.m, pining their number mark, doing vigorous warm-ups. While our commander-in-chef Mr. Xixuan Wu check the participants’ information and details some instructions.

When bell rings, the females started at half past eight. Then follows the males ten minutes later.

   Every participant needs run consistently 10KM which means two circles of White Goose Lake Park. Seven checking points are set. Volunteers would glue a smile-face mark at participant’s shirt when they cross.

   As the contest went on, every player started to accelerate. Mutual cheer-ups and loud laughs made no one quit. Mr. Xinglang Chen from our formulation discharge workshop was the No. 1 finished this contest at 9:20:58.Coincidently, Ms. Changxiang Wang also from the same workshop won No. 1 as female participants. This contest came to an end at 10:20 with our final participant crossing finishing line.

  Team one from our domestic marketing department and Team two from other company departments fought for the basketball champion. Ties after ties from 24:24 25:25 27:27 and 31:31, this plays came to overtime.

  After a fierce competition, team one won the champion by one point.

 The reward ceremony was held at square in front of our office building at 18:00. Company’s directors attended this ceremony and gave rewards to the winners.

 This company Olympic was held by HR Departments with assistance of Administration Departments from company and our factory. Over 210 staff joined this contest.

   All departments from company and factory encouraged its members to join this company Olympic. All participants overcame the higher temperature,prepared themself at off-work time. At contest course, no one quit and everyone strive to the finals. This company Olympic dedicated to Dragon-Boat Festival was a gathering of Unity, Civilization, Fantasy and Success. We hope this kind of spirits teamwork,striving to success will be brought to daily work to realize Qiaochang Dream.
