On April 28, chairman Shen Xiaofeng and his party held talks with the president of Shenyang University of Chemical Technology Xu Guangwen, vice presidents Da Kening and Yang xueyin, the president of the scientific research institute Zhang Jianwei, the director of the development planning department sun Yaguang and other school leaders.

President Xu Guangwen proposed that on the occasion of the centennial of the establishment of Huanghai chemical industry research society and the 70th anniversary of the founding of Shenyang University of chemical technology, with the theme of "new Huanghai, new Centennial", in order to promote the deep integration of Huanghai Institute of science and technology and Shenyang University of chemical technology, and create a new Centennial journey of "Huanghai", we should explore a new cooperation mode to give full play to the R & D advantages of Shenyang University of chemical technology and the industrial advantages of the first agricultural group. President Xu also proposed specific cooperation measures such as establishing cooperation platforms and R & D institutions.

Shen Xiaofeng, chairman of Shoujian agricultural group, thanked Shenyang University of Chemical Technology for transporting talents and providing help to Shoujian. He introduced the reasons and relevant history of the launch of the Yellow Sea academy of science and technology, affirmed president Xu's new cooperation model, supplemented the cooperation model, and stressed the need to implement the details of cooperation and strengthen the management of the platform jointly built by both sides, especially the construction of communication bridges between both sides.

Then, the two sides exchanged views on the merger of the 100th anniversary of the founding of Huanghai chemical industry research society and the 70th anniversary of the founding of Shenyang University of chemical technology, and preliminarily negotiated the agenda.

Finally, the two sides reached a consensus on further developing a new cooperation model, opening up communication channels for further building a platform. Both parties sorted out the contents of the meeting and formed meeting minutes on site.
