The 2021 annual summary meeting of Shoujian agricultural group was successfully held

On January 18, 2022, the 2021 annual summary meeting of Shoujian agricultural group was held in the West conference room on the first floor of the company. An Xiaonan, President of Shoujian agricultural group, Shen Xiaofeng, chairman, Li Jianjun, vice president and other senior executives in Binhai, as well as the main principals and employee representatives of Shoujian technology, various departments and subsidiaries of the group attended the meeting.

First of all, the principals of Shoujian technology, all departments and subsidiaries of the group successively reported the completion of the work in 2021, the highlights and existing problems in the work, and defined the focus, ideas and work objectives of the next step in view of the current situation.

After the report, Li Jianjun, vice president of Shoujian agricultural group, made a concluding speech. President Li affirmed the work achievements of all departments and said that it is necessary to summarize the gains and losses of the past year in order to fight again.

President Li summarized and commented on the achievements in market, technology, production and administration:

1、 The first part of the market focuses on cause and effect analysis, and the second part of the market focuses on OEM, with both volume and profit increasing. At the same time, it affirmed the improvement of the management level of the cadres of the marketing department;

2、 In terms of technology, good achievements have been made in structural adjustment and optimization, the launch of the Yellow Sea academy of science and technology, the accelerated promotion of the North Sea project, and the rapid growth of other project companies;

3、 In terms of production, each workshop has formed its own management style, and the preparation factory has explored a road suitable for its own development;

4、 Each administrative department performs its own duties and effectively ensures the normal operation and management of the company.

Then president Li stressed that although we have made good achievements in this year, there are also many problems. These problems need to be solved by strengthening organizational construction, selecting and appointing talents, and establishing an effective performance appraisal system. After nearly two years of exploration, learning and practice, the construction of the company's performance appraisal system has finally made a breakthrough. Performance appraisal is the main line of management and the foundation based on value. In 2021, "value is the key link and management builds the foundation". Without an effective management system, creating value is empty talk; "Activate the organization and create value" in 2022. The root of value creation comes from the vitality of the organization and the cadres and talents of the enterprise. What is value and how to create value are not simple profits, but always be vigilant, reflect on yourself, and trace the source of value from cause to effect. The source of value must be healthy enterprise culture, enterprise development strategy, efficient enterprise organization and management.

At present, the company's strategy has been clarified and the organizational structure has become clearer. Accelerating performance appraisal is an important work at present, and we should pay close attention to it. Performance appraisal must be value oriented and overall. Each person and department should have a position to create value and achieve "one shot in the whole camp".

The start is a decisive battle, and the start is a sprint.
