President Li summarized and commented on the achievements in market, technology, production and administration:

4、 Each administrative department performs its own duties and effectively ensures the normal operation and management of the company.

Then president Li stressed that although we have made good achievements in this year, there are also many problems. These problems need to be solved by strengthening organizational construction, selecting and appointing talents, and establishing an effective performance appraisal system. After nearly two years of exploration, learning and practice, the construction of the company's performance appraisal system has finally made a breakthrough. Performance appraisal is the main line of management and the foundation based on value. In 2021, "value is the key link and management builds the foundation". Without an effective management system, creating value is empty talk; "Activate the organization and create value" in 2022. The root of value creation comes from the vitality of the organization and the cadres and talents of the enterprise. What is value and how to create value are not simple profits, but always be vigilant, reflect on yourself, and trace the source of value from cause to effect. The source of value must be healthy enterprise culture, enterprise development strategy, efficient enterprise organization and management.
